Reporting & operations reviews
Rebuilding reports from scattered spreadsheets? First align data fields and calculation rules, then design the analysis and reporting workflow.
Drawing on warehouse and logistics automation, I turn repetitive reporting, project documentation and knowledge work into AI workflows that can be tested and reused.
01 — Use cases
Scope the work around a specific task.
Test one use case before expanding.
Rebuilding reports from scattered spreadsheets? First align data fields and calculation rules, then design the analysis and reporting workflow.
Plans, interface specifications and acceptance criteria spread across files? Use checklists to help identify gaps, inconsistencies and open questions.
Plenty of saved documents, but nothing useful when a question arises? Organize experience into method cards and retrieve it around real problems.
02 — Projects
These are personal research and development initiatives,
not examples of work delivered to enterprise clients.
Developing a repeatable workflow for consolidating data across warehouses, classifying equipment, analyzing trends and preparing reports.
Are calculation rules consistent? Can results be checked with a different dataset?
For operations and equipment management teamsOrganizing methods from books and reference materials into cards, then retrieving them for specific questions to explore their practical use at work.
Are the retrieved methods relevant? Are recommendations supported by the source materials?
For knowledge organization and decision supportManaging persistent constraints, task progress and context budgets in long-running tasks so work can continue from where it left off.
When repeated input is reduced, are essential rules and facts still preserved?
For ongoing, iterative AI tasks03 — How we work
Review existing materials, repetitive tasks, the people involved and the areas most in need of improvement.
Choose a clearly scoped task. Define sample inputs, output formats and human review requirements.
Record errors and exceptions to determine which steps can be reused and which still need human attention.
Document rules, usage guidance and maintenance needs within the agreed scope, then discuss expansion.
04 — About BIBBY
I’m Bibby, Jiang Bicheng. I work in warehouse and logistics automation, with a focus on WMS, WES, WCS, project implementation, operations and maintenance.
I experiment with AI to organize materials, support analysis and build tools, while documenting the problems I encounter. Bibby AI brings these explorations together and provides a starting point for conversations about business AI needs.
I also share my work on natural Chinese writing, context management and practical knowledge application.
